The purchase of a family house in the residential area LODENICA , Piešťany, is carried out in 4 basic steps:
For standard family house:
Following the selection of the lot and type of a family house, the customer learns of the fundamental contractual terms of the purchase process, and pays a deposit into a bank account, i.e. booking fee of 20 000 SK on the basis of "reservation contract", based on which the lot will be reserved for him until the time of signing of "Contract about future purchase contract" (cca 14 days).

For individual family house:
A family house with individual designer approach that goes beyond the framework of "House for apartment price", will be worked out as follows:
  • 1st stage- elaboration of the project: provided by the client after an agreement with the investor (project must be discussed with the investor's chief designer and must comply with his regulations)
  • 2nd stage - project evaluation
  • 3rd stage - signing of contracts proceeds in the same regimen as with standard family houses
Time period for working out the wording of contracts and determining further conditions in connection with the construction, purchase, preparation of credit, or technical modifications.

A)
Entering into a "Contract about future purchase contract" ( within 14 days from investor's invitation), in which will be mainly agreed on:
  • purchase price
  • date of entering into the purchase contract
  • payment terms: customer pays the 20% deposit from total price of the house with the lot (including the booking fee) and remaining 80% will finance at the time of entering into the purchase contract.
B)
Project elaboration and evaluation of modifications raised by client, paid for and implemented based on an addendum to the contract about future purchase contract and under the terms specified by that addendum. All modifications raised by the client will be paid for before their implementation.

Client pays off the total purchase price after approval of the family house based on an execution of two purchase contracts: for the lot and for the family house.
